Neckover Manufacturing started in Troup, Texas, over half a century ago.
Initially a steel building manufacturer, our company evolved to meet the needs of lifelong farmers, everyday cowboys, and everyone in between.
In 1973 we produced our first trailer. By 1989 we had sold 20,000 units.
We've celebrated many milestones in the decades since – from appearing in the film "Necessary Roughness" to partnering with the American Bucking Bull Association – but we're equally proud of what hasn't changed.
We're still based in the same, small Texas town we started in. We still ensure our trailers and truck beds can meet the daily demands of the work done by our customers nationwide. And we still build with steel.
We utilize 5" x 3" x 5/16" angle iron for our builds. This makes our trailers heavier and stronger than those made with standard 12-gauge sheet metal.
Every trailer and truck bed we make is created with steel. That means no aluminum and no shortcuts.
